Do you supply the tools, or do the work?
Both. Flakecoat is the Monti Group’s official company for Singapore and Southeast Asia: we sell, demonstrate and support MontiPower® tools, belts and spares from Tuas stock, and our own crews carry out surface preparation, coating and equipment refurbishment on site and in our workshop.
Can you work on a live plant or an occupied site?
Yes. Bristle blasting is grit-free and ATEX-approved pneumatic tools are available for hazardous zones, so preparation is carried out under the site’s permit-to-work without containment or a shutdown. We supply the method statement, risk assessment and tool certificates for your safety review.
How quickly do you quote, and what is included?
Within one business day for tools and consumables; site work is quoted after a survey with a programme, method statement and the coating specification. SGD pricing, local stock and delivery across Singapore; export to Southeast Asia on request.
Which standards do you prepare and coat to?
Cleanliness is assessed against ISO 8501-1 (Sa 2½ – Sa 3 comparable) and surface profile measured against the coating manufacturer’s datasheet; film thickness and holiday testing are recorded and issued with the completion report.
