Bristle Blaster® Pneumatic (SP-647-BMC)
The industry standard for grit-free blasting. Simultaneously removes corrosion and generates anchor profile.
Applications · Singapore
Pipe supports, vessels, tank roofs, deck fittings and structures prepared and coated while the plant, vessel or building stays in service.
The problem on site
In Singapore the cost of a corrosion repair is usually driven by downtime and containment rather than the repair itself. Flakecoat’s in-service approach avoids both: grit-free preparation with Bristle Blaster® and MBX® tools inside the work zone only, coating with fast-cure systems the same shift, and documentation for the inspector, with neighbouring operations untouched.
Refineries use it for pipe racks between turnarounds, yards for touch-up alongside other trades, building owners for plant-room steel in occupied buildings, and utilities for structures during a single night shift.
