A compressor and hose on a scaffold, or a cable through an occupied building, is often the reason a small repair does not happen. The cordless MontiPower® range runs on the Cordless Alliance System (CAS) 18 V LiHD batteries — the same platform used by professional power-tool brands — and delivers the same grit-free result as the mains and pneumatic tools.
Flakecoat stocks the tools, 5.5 Ah and 8.0 Ah batteries and fast chargers in Tuas, trains operators, and uses them for rope-access and at-height work on structures, towers and vessels.

How long does a battery last?
Duty cycle depends on substrate and belt; carrying two 5.5 Ah packs and a charger covers a working shift for most crews. 8.0 Ah packs are available.
Are the batteries allowed on offshore transport?
Lithium batteries are subject to the operator’s transport rules; we supply the datasheets for the manifest.
Can I use the tool in a Zone 2 area?
No. For hazardous zones use the ATEX-approved pneumatic tool.
